Expert Talk on "Kizen Techniques for Data Analytics"

The Department of MCA had organized an expert talk on "Kizen Techniques for Data Analytics" on 12^th December 2023 for SYMCA students. Mr. Adinath Giri, Giri’s Tech. Up. Pvt. Ltd, Pune conducted the talk. He briefed about the importance of adopting kizen techniques for data analytics, emphasizing how it can lead to continuous improvement and better decision-making in organizations. Mr. Giri highlighted that kizen techniques involve a systematic approach to analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, implementing changes, and monitoring progress on a regular basis. By implementing kizen techniques, organizations can create a culture of data-driven decision-making and continually optimize their analytics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
