The Department of MCA had organized an expert talk on "Constitutional Conversation" for the FYMCA students on 25th November 2023 from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
In the expert talk on constitutional conversation conducted by Mr. Sunil Agale for FYMCA on the occasion of Indian Constitutional Day, he highlighted the importance of judicial conversation in shaping India's media environment and protecting the right to freedom of speech and expression. He briefed about the significance of judicial conversation in shaping India's media environment and protecting the right to freedom of speech and expression. Mr. Agale also discussed the role of the judiciary in safeguarding fundamental rights, such as the freedom of the press, right to livelihood, education, compensation, and a clean environment. This activity was coordinated by Ms. S. P. Kangune and Mr. V. R. Dhawale under the guidance of Head of MCA Department, Dr. V. C. Bagal.
