A One-day workshop was conducted by Prof. A. L. Rane and Prof. P. G. Fegade at the Institute of Management and Research, Jalgaon on 13th September 2023. The workshop focused on the topic of "Co PO Mapping and Attainment" and was attended by faculties of Institute of management and Research, Jalgaon. The main objective of the workshop was to enhance the understanding and implementation of Co PO mapping among faculties, with a particular emphasis on bridging the gap between program outcomes and course outcomes. During the workshop, participants were introduced to the concept of Co PO mapping and its importance in curriculum planning and development. Participants learned that Co PO mapping involves aligning course outcomes with program outcomes to ensure that the curriculum effectively addresses the desired graduate attributes and learning goals of the program. Furthermore, the workshop explored the role of professional bodies in accrediting engineering programs and promoting the adoption of outcome-based education paradigms institutions. Participants were introduced to various strategies and techniques for mapping course outcomes with program outcomes.
