Mr. Vivek Singh, Director, CRM Team Innovation, Pune provided valuable insights into the key principles and benefits of Agile Development using Jira in an engaging and informative expert talk. He discussed how Agile Development, when implemented with Jira, can help teams improve their productivity, collaboration, and project visibility. He emphasized the importance of breaking down large projects into smaller manageable tasks, known as sprints, and how Jira's powerful features can support this process effectively.
